Poster wants to have a button that when pressed and dragged, it will change its position with the mouse. Two viable solutions are
provided almost the same time. Poster got the previous one and confirm it as solution. Perhaps he even did not read the solution given
by the second replier. It sounds reasonable that people prefer simpler solution.
